Stones: Rose Quartz , Aquamarine, Citrine, Chrysoprase, Clear Quartz
Rose Quartz teaches unconditional and self love, while releasing negative belief patterns whether within oneself or towards others. Rose quartz inspires feelings of love, friendship and quiet self-confidence. Aquamarine is a gentle tranquil stone that brings clarity, and understanding; while relaxing, calming and soothing the mind. Aquamarine also helps us communicate on a healthy level. Citrine imparts a neutral, objective attitude; giving sensible control over one's emotional life. Citrine helps with power struggles and diminishes destructive tendencies. Chrysoprase aids with inner child work, depression, mental stability and a greater connection with the Universe. Chrysoprase opens and activates the heart chakra. Clear Quartz activates and directs positive energies while dispelling negativity.
